Dental Crowns

Dental crowns are synthetic caps, usually made of a material similar in composition to porcelain, placed on the top of a tooth. Crowns are typically used to restore a tooth’s function and appearance following a restorative procedure such as a root canal. When decay in a tooth has become so advanced that large portions of the tooth must be removed, Dr. Patterson will often use a crown to restore the tooth. Crowns have proven to help countless patients in Simi Valley to maintain good oral hygiene and prevent future tooth decay.

Dental Bridges

A dental bridge is a non-surgical method of replacing one or more teeth which are missing. A bridge is a prosthetic device which is cemented onto at least two teeth. The adjacent teeth are used as anchors to support the missing tooth or teeth. Casey Patterson DDS has fitted numerous patients throughout Southern California with functional, attractive dental bridges, allowing them to smile and eat with ease.
